All prices are given in GBP (pound sterling) /£. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. These fees may vary based on the service selected.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the all over the UK, US, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Sweden.
If you place an order with a shipping address outside the Mentioned Countries Above, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Order processing and processing time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT London)

All shipping costs shown at checkout are final—no hidden fees or extra handling charges.
Couriers we use for shipping are Royal Mail and Evri.
Delivery cost:
- We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £30 within the UK. We charge a £2.50 delivery fee for all orders under £30 within the UK.
- We charge a £5.50 delivery fee for all European orders and £7.50 for all US and Canada orders.
Delivery time:
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and Evri and typically arrive within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) within the UK and 4-10 working days (Mon-Fri) everywhere else (the USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Sweden).
After your product is shipped, you can track your shipment’s progress both on the carrier’s website. If you experience any delays or issues with your order, please contact us at hello@idaactive.com for prompt assistance.
Order/shipping tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@idaactive.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged goods
We take great care in the packaging of your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@idaactive.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.
Change of address
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@idaactive.com. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
